Today's pin is more Indian sweets. This time I made Gulab Jamun and Jalebi. Gulab jamun is kind of like a donut, fried and then soaked in a sugar syrup. Jalebi is a deep-fried batter in spirals, then soaked in syrup. I got the recipes from Show Me The Curry and Manjula's Kitchen.
